REAS Agency is a social media marketing agency established in 2015. We specialise in video content production, App development and digital marketing.
One of the areas you will be focussing on is our software brand KonnekApp.
KonnekApp is a mobile application developed by REAS engineers. It is the world's first application which allows organisations to generate leads from their video content
This role is not a traditional sales role, we aren't looking for a Wolf of Wall Street seller! We are looking for someone who can make personal connections and build long term relationships with clients. You must have impeccable listening and presentation skills, plus must be able to work as part of the wider REAS team to secure sales. We’re always looking for new and innovative ways of getting our brands, products and services out there and you will have the freedom to be creative in doing so.
Sales experience - preferably in the tech and media industry
Generate sales among client accounts, including solution selling, upselling and cross-selling
Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
Communicates client needs and demands to relevant members of the team
Generate new business through use of LinkedIn and other social media accounts
Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
Collaborates with marketing team to reach prospective clients
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing and new clients
Experience with CRM systems preferably SalesForce
Great presentation (online and face to face) and interpersonal skills
Ability to confidently approach new clients and talk clearly about our brands, product, services and technologies
Work collaboratively with other members of REAS team to help improve sales technique, produce sales materials, reporting and metrics to keep the team up to date with sales progress
Ability to create your own marketing copy, messaging, content (especially video) is a plus

A proven track record of success in a sales/service environment
A positive can-do approach to any given task
Effective closing skills
An understanding of the high level of productivity required to succeed
The ability to hit the ground running, quickly grasping the necessary brand, products, service and technology knowledge
